Easter week on the Costa Brava belongs to youth football. MIC Football reaches its 25th edition in 2027, and for six days more than three hundred teams from over forty countries play close to nine hundred matches on pitches spread along the coast between Lloret de Mar and Roses — with the finals in the stadiums at Palamós and Figueres.

Netherlands Cup 2027
The Netherlands Cup is a football tournament in Ommen, in the northeast Netherlands, hosted by FC Ommen and supported by the City of Ommen. Around 70 teams take part, playing on FC Ommen's artificial turf and grass pitches. All participants stay at the SLAGHAREN theme park, about 20km from the pitches, in Wigwam deluxe tents, Cowboy Cottage or Hacienda bungalows sleeping up to six, each with its own cooking facilities, fridge and bathroom. Everyone on the tournament gets free daily entry to Slagharen's 40-plus attractions throughout the stay, excluding the Aqua Mexicana water park. There is also a separate pool party at Aqua Mexicana on the Friday evening, exclusive to the teams in the tournament. Half board (breakfast and dinner) is served in the theme park, with the host club also serving food in its clubhouse on the sports ground. Teams arrive on Ascension Day Thursday, with the opening ceremony and national anthems that evening. Matches run through Friday and Saturday morning, with semi-finals on Saturday midday, finals that afternoon, and an evening awards ceremony. Sunday morning is free for a final park visit before departure. Because accommodation at Slagharen is limited, early booking is recommended. Age groups play 11 vs 11 on the big field (U15 juniors) and 7 vs 7 on the small field (U11, U13 juniors). Optional excursions include the Slagharen theme park itself, Aqua Mexicana water park, the zoo in Emmen, Preston Palace indoor fairground and pool in Almelo, Giethoorn ("the Venice of Holland"), and go-kart racing. Copa Santa 2027
The Copa Santa is one of the biggest Easter football tournaments on the Costa de Barcelona-Maresme, held every year in Malgrat de Mar on the Costa de Barcelona-Maresme. Around 210 teams from over 20 nations travel in for a five-day festival built around a full opening ceremony, a stadium parade, and finals on Easter Sunday. Teams arrive on Holy Thursday and are welcomed at the meeting point with check-in and their tournament information. The opening ceremony on Good Friday brings every team into the stadium together for a parade and the national anthems, before the first matches kick off. Quarter-finals and semi-finals follow on Easter Sunday morning, with finals in the afternoon and an evening awards ceremony with cup presentations. Teams depart on Easter Monday, or can extend with three optional extra days while tournament staff remain on site. Age groups play 11 vs 11 on the big field (U13 to U19) or 7 vs 7 on the small field (U09 to U12). Optional excursions on offer during the week include a Barcelona panorama bus tour with Camp Nou, the Activ Natura tree-top adventure park, and Fútbol Golf in Santa Susanna.
